MEET INMA: A PILLAR OF RALOE’S POST-SALES AND INVOICING DEPARTMENT
At RALOE, we pride ourselves on offering exceptional service, not only during the sale but throughout the entire lifecycle of our products. A key figure in ensuring this high level of service is Inma, who has been with the company for 23 years and is an essential part of the Post-Sales and Invoicing Department.
A Day in the Life of Inma
Inma, along with her team, handles the issues and incidents reported by our customers, ensuring a quick and effective response. “My goal, and that of the entire team, is to provide the best and fastest response to all our clients. We want them to see our company as a safe and reliable choice,” Inma explains. For her, there are no routines; each day presents a new challenge where urgency and service excellence are the top priorities.
The dynamism of her role is what she enjoys the most. “No two days are the same, which keeps me motivated and allows for continuous learning,” she says. Additionally, she highlights the satisfaction of knowing she has helped clients in difficult situations, which reinforces the trust they place in RALOE.
Her Journey at RALOE
Inma joined RALOE 23 years ago, straight out of university, and since then, she has been a key part of the team. Her dedication and passion are evident in every task she takes on, always supported by a team she deeply values. “Without my team, it would be impossible to perform my job efficiently,” she says.
Advice for New Colleagues
When asked what advice she would give to someone starting at the company today, Inma is clear: “I would tell them to rely on their colleagues and see their new job as a learning opportunity that will allow them to grow in different areas.” Collaboration and continuous learning are two pillars of her approach to work at RALOE.
A Little More About Inma
Outside the office, Inma enjoys spending time with her family, who she considers essential in her life. She loves organizing outdoor activities and going on mountain hikes whenever she can. She also stays active by doing sports and has recently taken up playing padel.
Her small, guilty pleasure? Going out for wine and tapas. “Why wouldn’t I admit it?“
As for entertainment, her series recommendations include Vikings, Game of Thrones, and House of the Dragon, eagerly awaiting the next season.
